GoSarva Order Cancellation Policy ❌

This policy defines the steps and requirements for cancelling an order placed with GoSarva.

1. Cancellation Before Shipment

Orders can be cancelled at any time before they have been shipped from our warehouse. We recommend cancelling within 12 hours of placement.

Once confirmed, your cancellation will be processed, and a full refund will be initiated (see Section 3).

🚚 2. Cancellation After Shipment

Once an order has been dispatched and tracking details have been generated, it cannot be cancelled.

Refusing to accept a COD or prepaid order after dispatch may result in future order restrictions on your account.

For prepaid orders refused by the customer, return shipping fees will be deducted from the purchase amount before any eligible refund is processed.

🧾 3. Refund for Cancelled Orders

For prepaid orders successfully cancelled before shipping, a 100% refund will be initiated.

Refunds are always processed to the original payment method used during purchase and are typically credited back within 7–10 business days of cancellation approval.
