GoSarva Return & Refund Policy 💸

At GoSarva, we want every product to bring joy to your kitchen. Please read our return and replacement policy carefully before placing your order.

🧾 1. How to Cancel an Order

Orders are usually dispatched within 24 hours. You may cancel your order if it has not yet been shipped. Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.

To cancel, contact us immediately via:

📦 2. Damaged on Arrival (DOA)

We take full responsibility for products damaged during transit. To process a claim:

  • A parcel opening video is mandatory to verify any damaged-on-arrival issues.
  • Claims must be raised within 24 hours of receiving the parcel.
  • Send your video and order details via WhatsApp or email to our support team.

After verification, we'll arrange a pickup and send a replacement at no additional cost.

🛠️ 3. Faulty or Manufacturing Defects

Products covered under our 15-day warranty for manufacturing defects are eligible for replacement. This warranty does not cover damage due to misuse, water, or normal wear and tear.

Once approved, we'll arrange pickup and dispatch a replacement within 7 working days. Please refer to our Warranty Policy for complete coverage details.

💭 4. Buyer Changed Their Mind

If you wish to cancel an order before dispatch, we'll offer a 100% refund.

Once shipped, no refund is possible for change-of-mind, dislike, or product dissatisfaction cases. Customized or personalized items are not eligible for return or refund.

🔁 5. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct product exchanges. Please ensure you review product details carefully before purchase.

🎁 6. Wrong Product Delivered

If you receive the wrong product, please record a parcel opening video and contact us within 24 hours of delivery. Once verified, we'll arrange a pickup and send the correct product at our cost.

🚚 7. Returned Parcels (Customer Not Accepted)

If a prepaid order is returned because the customer failed to accept delivery (e.g., missed delivery attempts, refusal), return shipping charges will be deducted from the initial purchase amount before issuing a refund.

🪙 8. Refund Process & Support

Refund Process: Approved refunds (for eligible cancellations or non-accepted prepaid orders) will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days. If you haven’t received your refund within 15 business days of approval, please contact your bank or card provider and then reach out to us.
