GoSarva Return & Replacement Policy 🔄

At GoSarva, we want every kitchen product to bring joy to your home. Please read our replacement and cancellation guidelines carefully before placing your order.

🧾 1. Order Cancellation

Orders are usually dispatched within 24 hours of placement. You may cancel your order if it has not yet been shipped. Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.

To cancel, contact us immediately via:

📦 2. Damaged on Arrival (DOA)

We take full responsibility for products damaged during transit. To process a claim for DOA:

  • A parcel opening video is mandatory to verify transit damage issues.
  • Claims must be raised within 24 hours of receiving the parcel.
  • Send your video and order details via WhatsApp or email to our support team.

After verification, we will arrange a pickup and send a replacement at no additional cost.

🛠️ 3. Faulty or Manufacturing Defects

Products covered under our 15-day limited warranty for manufacturing defects are eligible for replacement.

This warranty does not cover damage due to misuse, exposure to water or high heat, dropping, or normal wear and tear (scratches/discoloration).

Once approved, we will arrange pickup and dispatch a replacement within 7 working days. Please see our Warranty Policy for full details.

💭 4. Change of Mind

If you wish to cancel an order before dispatch, we will offer a 100% refund.

Once shipped, no refund or return is possible for change-of-mind, dislike, or product usage dissatisfaction cases.

🔁 5. Product Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct product exchanges. If you require a different item, please process a cancellation (if eligible) and place a new order. Every product is carefully checked before dispatch to ensure quality and accuracy.

🎁 6. Wrong Product Delivered

If you receive a product that does not match your order, please record a parcel opening video and contact us within 24 hours of delivery. Once verified, we will arrange a pickup and send the correct product at our cost.

🚚 7. Returned Parcels (Non-Acceptance)

If a prepaid order is returned to us because the customer failed to accept delivery (e.g., missed delivery attempts, refusal), return shipping charges will be deducted before issuing a refund.
