📦 Order Processing and Handling

How long does it take to process my order?

We pride ourselves on fast fulfillment. Orders are typically processed and prepared for shipment within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday).

Orders placed after 12:00 PM local time on Friday will begin processing the following Monday.

Where do you ship from?

All GoSarva products are shipped from various supplier warehouses across India, depending on product availability and your location. This allows us to ensure the fastest possible delivery.

What shipping options do you offer?

We offer the following shipping methods:

  • Standard Shipping: Our most cost-effective option.
  • Express Shipping: For faster delivery (recommended for time-sensitive orders).

We manage our logistics through Shiprocket's network of trusted courier partners (e.g., Delhivery, Xpressbees, Blue Dart), selecting the best carrier based on your location and chosen speed.

What are the estimated delivery times?

Delivery times begin after the 1–2 business day processing period:

  • Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 5–8 business days.
  • Express Shipping: Estimated delivery within 2–4 business days.

Note: Delivery times may be longer during peak holiday seasons.

💲 Shipping Costs

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the total weight of your order, the destination address, and the shipping method you select.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! We offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders within India.

❓ Issues with Delivery

How can I track my order?

Once your order ships, you will receive a separate Shipping Confirmation Email containing your tracking number and a direct link to the carrier's tracking page. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to become active.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently, GoSarva only ships to India only. We are working hard to expand our delivery options soon!

My tracking shows delivered, but I haven't received my package. What should I do?

Please take the following steps:

  1. Verify the shipping address on your order confirmation.
  2. Check with neighbors or household members who may have accepted the package.
  3. Allow up to 48 hours, as some carriers mark packages as delivered prematurely.
  4. If the package is still missing after 48 hours, please contact us immediately at gosarva5@gmail.com with your order number so we can initiate a trace investigation with the carrier.
What if I entered the wrong address?

If you realize the address is incorrect, please contact us within 1 hour of placing the order at gosarva5@gmail.com. Once an order has been shipped, we cannot change the address.

If the package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we may require an additional shipping fee to resend the order.
