GoSarva Warranty Policy 🍳

Thank you for choosing GoSarva! We are committed to providing you with high-quality kitchen products. This Limited Warranty Policy covers manufacturing issues for a brief period after delivery.
🛠️ 1. Warranty Coverage
All eligible products purchased from GoSarva include a limited warranty covering manufacturing defects and material failures for a period of fifteen (15) days from the date of delivery.
This warranty specifically covers:
- Structural Failures on Arrival: Significant breaks, cracks, or loose fittings (e.g., handles or rivets) that are clearly present upon opening and prevent the product from being used.
- Defects in Mechanism: Non-functioning or defective switches, motors, or electronic displays on small appliances (if reported within the first 48 hours).
- Defective or Missing Components: Parts missing due to a packaging error or components that are broken on arrival.
⚠️ 2. What’s Not Covered
This warranty does not cover issues resulting from external factors, improper use, or normal wear and tear that occurs after the initial 15-day period.
- Damage After Use: Any physical damage, cracking, or failure that occurs after the product has been used or washed.
- Cosmetic Damage: Scratches, dents, stains, discoloration, or chips to non-stick coatings caused by utensils or abrasive cleaning.
- Damage from Misuse: Overheating, dropping, impact damage, or using the product in a commercial setting.
- Improper Cleaning/Maintenance: Damage caused by failure to follow product-specific care instructions.
- Claims Made After 15 Days: Any claim reported after the 15-day warranty window expires.
🧾 3. Warranty Claim Process
To make a warranty claim, please follow these steps:
- Report Immediately: Contact us via email at gosarva5@gmail.com or WhatsApp upon discovering the defect, and no later than the final day of the 15-day warranty period.
- Provide Proof: Send us your Order Number, a detailed description of the issue, and clear photo/video evidence showing the defect.
- Verification & Remedy: Once verified, GoSarva will, at its sole discretion, either **replace** the defective part or product, or offer a **refund** for the purchase price.
- Processing Time: Replacements are typically dispatched within 7 working days after approval.
