GoSarva Shipping Policy 🚚

This policy outlines our commitment to processing and delivering your kitchen essentials reliably and efficiently.

🌍 1. Shipping Coverage & Logistics

GoSarva ships products to addresses across India only. We currently do not support international shipping.

We partner with Shiprocket to manage our deliveries through their network of trusted courier companies (including Delhivery, Blue Dart, Xpressbees, etc.), ensuring the best route for timely delivery.

💸 2. Shipping Costs & Charges

We are pleased to offer Free Shipping on all orders, regardless of the value or payment method (prepaid or Cash on Delivery).

  • Prepaid Orders: Free Shipping (₹0).
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: Available as a payment option, with Free Shipping (₹0).

There are no hidden charges—all applicable charges are shown clearly during checkout.

⏱️ 3. Order Processing Time

Our goal is rapid dispatch. Orders placed before 12:00 PM (Monday–Saturday) are processed and handed over to our courier partners within 0–1 working day.

Orders placed after 12:00 PM, or on Sundays/public holidays, will be processed on the next business day.

📦 4. Delivery Time & Tracking

Shipping Time:

Once dispatched, orders are typically delivered within 5–7 working days (Monday–Saturday), depending on your specific location and the courier partner used.

Tracking Your Order:

We will share a tracking number via email and/or WhatsApp immediately after your order ships. You can use this number on the courier partner's website to monitor its journey.

Note: We rely on third-party courier services for deliveries. While we aim for timely delivery, occasional transit delays may occur. Thank you for your understanding and patience.

🔁 5. Modifications and Cancellations

If you need to change the shipping address or cancel your order, please contact us immediately after placing the order (see Section 1 of our Refund Policy).

Once an order has been shipped and the tracking number is generated, modifications or cancellations are not possible.
