GoSarva Refund Policy 💸

At GoSarva, we do our best to ensure every order delights you. Refunds are available only in limited situations, as detailed below.
🧾 1. Eligibility for Refund
Refunds are possible only if your order has **not yet been dispatched** from our warehouse. Once shipped, it cannot be cancelled or refunded.
We do not offer refunds for dislike, change of mind, or product usage dissatisfaction.
📦 2. Damaged or Wrong Product Received
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery and contact us at gosarva5@gmail.com if the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
To process such a claim, a parcel opening video is mandatory. This helps us verify and resolve your issue quickly. Please refer to our Warranty Policy for complete coverage details.
💭 3. Buyer Changed Their Mind
We cannot accept refund requests if a buyer simply changes their mind after placing the order. Placing an order on GoSarva constitutes a legally binding purchase contract.
🚚 4. Parcel Returned to Us (“Customer Not Accepted”)
In case of prepaid orders returned due to non-acceptance by the customer, the refund will be issued after deducting two-way shipping charges.
🔁 5. Exchanges
We currently do not offer product exchanges. Please ensure you review product details carefully before purchase.
🪙 6. Refund Process
To initiate a refund (if eligible), contact our support team immediately. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within **7–10 business days**.
