🚚 4. Shipping & Delivery

We ship orders across India using reliable courier partners (via Shiprocket). We offer Free Shipping on all orders. Delivery times may vary based on your location.

🔁 5. Returns, Refunds & Replacements

We offer replacements for defective, damaged, or incorrect products as per our policies.

  • Claims for Damaged on Arrival (DOA) or Wrong Product must be raised within 24 hours of delivery.
  • A parcel opening video is mandatory to verify claims for transit damage or incorrect items.

🧷 6. Product Warranty

All applicable products come with a limited warranty (15 days) covering manufacturing defects only.
